Basic Terms & Conditions
All goods and services delivered and guaranteed by the company are payable before the flight's takeoff. If the payment is done by cheque, the tickets will not be processed until the checque is cleared. The organization retains the authority to cancel a ticket before the departure date for any reasons- If a ticket is canceled before the scheduled departure, the company's responsibility is limited to refunding the amount paid by the Passenger for the ticket.
Any trip, expedition, or facility that has been marketed or published by the organization may be amended, altered or withdrawn. The organization is not responsible for any compensation, additional costs, or consequential losses incurred by the Traveler/Group.
The organization's responsibility for any holiday, travel, or expedition facility resulting from this contract in any way shall not exceed the total paid sum or agreed to be charged for making the tour, holiday, tour feature, or excursion.
The prices mentioned in the organization's brochure(s)/quotation are in USD or another currency. The organization also holds the authority to increase the service charge in the event of price fluctuations /or adjustments in different exchange rates /or fuel costs before departure.
The Traveler/Group is responsible for ensuring and maintaining appropriate travel documents such as a passport and visa before the tour is completed. If a travel document, such as a visa, is denied, expires, or is canceled by the authorities, the tour participant will be responsible for any consequences and costs associated with it.
The ticket price does not involve the expense of the insurance premium. The organization will bear no responsibility for any situation that arises as a result of a natural disaster.
Any claim made by the Traveler (including complaints made on behalf of other travelers in the Group via the Traveler) in connection with the tour must be sent in writing to the organization within 21 days of the tour's completion date. No claim or complaint filed after the stated deadline will be considered in any circumstances.
The organization would not be responsible for a refund, reimbursement, or even a demand due to a reduction in the number of tour days, postponement, suspension, or re-routing of any other scheduled transportation service due to a condition such as fog.
In the Case of a Disagreement
Traveling Mundo is aimed at providing complete customer satisfaction, so whether you have a complaint or a disagreement with our product or service, we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. However, if we are incapable to do so you can raise claims as described in the sections below.
If you have any issues or queries regarding the website, interacting with our agents, any service or product we offer, any representation we make, or our privacy policy, you can consult Traveling Mundo customer care. If we do not settle your issues by the timeframe agreed upon, you may file an appeal through mediation or small claims court, as described in this section.
This includes any claim that began before you agreed to the terms and conditions stated, whether or not previous versions of the terms and conditions required mediation. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will oversee the mediations under its own set of procedures, which includes the AAA Consumer Rules. Except as indicated in this section, all filing, administration, and mediation fees will be determined by the AAA's rules. All claims resolving proceedings will be undertaken on an individual basis, not as a class, consolidated, or delegated action. This contract is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and federal mediation law. Any court with competent jurisdiction can approve the mediation decision.
Traveling Mundo acts as a service bureau that offers retail travel agents and consumers value-added services. Traveling Mundo has no authority over and accepts no responsibility for the acts of the providers from whom it purchases Travel items.
Discounts may differ depending on a variety of factors such as the airlines used, the type of service provided, the location, the time of year (low, mid, or high season), prior notice given, and flight capacity.
Other commercial items and services mentioned on this website are not guaranteed, endorsed, validated, or promoted by Traveling Mundo.

Disregard this website's restrictions or attempt to get around other initiatives in place to prevent/limit access to this website. Take any decision that may or may not enforce an unnecessarily high load on our infrastructure, as defined by us.
Without obtaining proper approval from us, you are not allowed to access or copy any details or content on the official site using any automated medium or any manual process for any particular reason.
Without our permission, you may not combine any part of this website into any other website.
If your booking/account indicates any sign of fraud, abuse, or any other type of unusual behavior, Traveling Mundo may reject any reservation(s) linked with your name, Email Address, or account, as well as close any related Traveling Mundo accounts. If you are involved in fraudulent activity, Traveling Mundo has the authority to take necessary legal action. Also, you will be responsible for penalties, which may include legal expenses and damages arising from it.
Traveling Mundo Fees
In addition to the costs and fees charged by the Travel Supplier, Traveling Mundo may charge an additional service fee, which is detailed below. In addition, Traveling Mundo fees are not refundable and charged per booking.
Taxes and Fees on Airline Tickets with a Published Rate.
To offer a trip expense government-imposed taxes and fees, as well as airline-imposed fees, are either included in your ticket price or detailed separately on your payment page. The tax rate in effect at the time of payment is applied to the price of your ticket.
General Instructions
These Terms and Conditions are regulated by the Federal Arbitration Act, federal mediation law, and, for reservations made by US residents, the rules and regulations of the state in which your billing address is displayed, without comparing guidelines of conflict of laws.
The use of this website is prohibited in any jurisdiction that does not bring clarity to all terms of this Agreement. As a result of this contract or your use of this website, you agree that no strategic alliance or employment relationship resides between you and Traveling Mundo.
This Agreement (along with any other terms and conditions) contains the entire contract between you and Traveling Mundo concerning this website, our services, and your involvement and relationships with us.
